- We deliver all our air conditioner models and accessories Australia-wide
- All orders are sent via courier and must be signed for upon delivery
- We can only deliver to physical addresses (i.e. no PO Boxes)
How much is delivery?
- Delivery cost varies, and is calculated based on your location and the weight of your order
- After adding items to your shopping cart, click the "Calculate delivery" button to calculate the delivery cost for your order

Do you deliver overseas?
- No, we only deliver to Australian addresses
How long does delivery take?
- We usually dispatch orders from our warehouse with 1–2 business days of receiving payment
- When your order is dispatched we can provide a tracking number from our courier company
